The History of Narendra Group of Companies
📜 Milestones Over the Years
1987 – Foundation Laid
The journey began in Indore with the establishment of Narendra Trading Company, initially focused on trading wooden packaging boxes for the electrode industry. This marked our first step into the wood trading business.
2000 – Diversification into Firewood
With an eye on evolving market needs, we diversified into the firewood supply segment, catering to a broader industrial clientele and strengthening our presence in the wood trading sector.
2010 – Entry into Manufacturing
A major milestone was achieved with the launch of Aditya Wood Packagings at Sanwer Road, Indore. This facility included a fully operational sawmilling division, enabling both in-house and commercial timber processing.
2015 – Strategic Relocation & Expansion
To support growing demand and scalability, we relocated operations to Maksi (District Shajapur, MP). The new manufacturing unit, spread across 30,000 sq. ft., laid the groundwork for future expansion and innovation.
2020 – Pine Wood Export Division Launched
Expanding into global markets, we launched a dedicated Pine Wood Export Division under Narendra Trading Company. This division specializes in ISPM-15 compliant pallets and boxes for international shipping and logistics.
2021 – Incorporation of Narendra Wood Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
We took a significant leap with the formation of Narendra Wood Solutions Pvt. Ltd., aimed at industrial-scale production, enhanced customization, and technological advancement in wooden packaging solutions.
2024 – Major Capacity Expansion
To meet increasing demand and serve diverse markets, we commissioned Unit 4 and Unit 5 under Narendra Wood Solutions. These new units have significantly boosted our capabilities in:
- High-volume domestic packaging boxes
- Advanced sawmilling and wood customization
